Refund and Cancellation Policy for Online Classes
(Applicable for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, French, German & other language/test prep courses)
1. Course Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after 3 days trial class, as applicable.
- All fees paid are non-transferable and must be used only for the specific course and batch enrolled in.
2. Cancellation by Student
- A Three day Free Trial class is offered as per policy. Payment will be taken after that for full enrollment. Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.
- No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced, regardless of attendance or participation.
3. Cancellation by the Institute
- In the unlikely event the institute cancels a batch or course, students will be offered:
– A full refund, or
– An option to shift to another batch or course of equivalent value.
4. Technical Issues & Payment Failures
- In case of a technical issue during online payment (e.g., amount debited but no confirmation received), the institute will not be held responsible unless the payment is credited to the institute’s account.
- If the amount is credited, the refund policy outlined above will apply.
5. Non-Attendance / Missed Classes
- No refunds or compensations will be provided for missed classes due to the student’s personal reasons. However, access to class recordings or make-up sessions (if available) may be granted at the institute’s discretion.
6. Change of Batch / Course
- Requests to change the batch or course will not be entertained once registered for particular program.
